Booking Terms and Conditions

When you make a reservation with us, you will be asked to supply your Credit/Debit card details* to secure the reservation. Your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS. Once we have verified your credit or debit card details, we will send you an email confirmation.

The Roxburgh is a wholly independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.

We therefore kindly request that diners give us notification if a cancellation, or if an amendment is required: 48 hours notice of cancellation or amendment. If the cancellation or numbers decrease after noon 48 hours before the reservation date a £10pp charge will be applied.

NO SHOWS AND FAILURE TO CANCEL WILL RESULT IN THE FULL MEAL BEING CHARGED £55/PP.

Please be respectful and courteous and let us know if you are not going to join us for your booking as with COVID measures in place our capacity has dropped significantly.

Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution which is now necessary.

We are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations. We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late.

To ensure that we can cater to you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements. We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned prior to or at the time of your booking. At this time we do not offer a vegetarian or vegan set menu.

The largest table we can seat is six, currently made up of a maximum of two households so that we comply with the Government Guidelines in place. Once your table is booked it is yours for the evening with no time limit on your meal at The Roxburgh.
