When you make a reservation with us, you will be asked to supply your Credit/Debit card details to secure the reservation. Your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS. Once we have verified your credit or debit card details, we will send you an email confirmation.
The Roxburgh is a wholly independent restaurant relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests, or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.
We therefore kindly request that diners give us 24 hrs notice of a cancellation or a change of booking date. If the reservation is cancelled or the date is changed within 24 hrs of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the meal. No shows and failures to cancel will also be charged the full cost of the meal.
Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution which is now necessary.
We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your time of booking or contact us if you are running late.
To ensure that we can cater to you appropriately, please notify us of any dietary requirements. We can accommodate some food intolerances and allergies providing that these are mentioned prior to or at the time of your booking. At this time we do not offer a vegetarian or vegan set menu.
Once your table is booked it is yours for the evening with no time limit on your meal at The Roxburgh.
